QC is proportional to the work performed. When practical, we repeat the measurement, test, or observation that demonstrated the failure before repair. The goal is to document not only what was performed, but how the intended result was verified.

Does a Service Slot guarantee a repair?
No. It purchases work, not a guaranteed outcome. Some concerns require additional parts, testing, capacity, equipment, authorization, or another appointment.
